CANCELLATION POLICY

As we continue to enhance your training experience by building a new facility, we now have 

rental obligations to meet. To ensure we can maintain our high standards and meet these 

financial commitments, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: 


  1. Notice Period: Clients must provide at least 24 hours notice for the cancellation of any scheduled coaching session.​
  2. Full Charge for Late Cancellations: If a cancellation is made with less than 24 hours notice, the full fee for the session will be charged.​
  3. How to Cancel: Cancellations can be made via phone call, email, or through our booking system. The timestamp of the cancellation will be considered to determine if the 24-hour notice requirement is met.​
  4. Emergency Cancellations: We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible in such cases, and we will review these on a case-by-case basis.​ 
  5. No-Show Policy: Clients who do not show up for their session without prior notice will also be charged the full session fee.
