Mitchell Claydon Cricket Coaching is owned and operated by Campbelltown Camden local Mitchell Claydon. 

Mitchell started his junior cricket career with a number of local junior clubs before playing 18 years of professional cricket including 375 professional games in England (Yorkshire, Durham, Kent and Sussex) and New Zealand (Canterbury and Central Districts) and over 200 games for the Campbelltown Camden Ghosts.

As a genuine fast-bowler and a handy lower order bat, Mitchell brings a wealth of knowledge and experience for all cricketers from the grass roots up to the emerging professional cricketers.

With a passion for the local area, an understanding of high performance and an ability to make cricket fun and engaging, Mitchell has developed a team to cater for all players male and female. This includes spin and fast bowlers, opening and top-order batters, wicket-keepers and a focus on athletic performance.

Mitchell has built upon his playing experience with a wide range of coaching roles including NSW male Under-15’s, 17’s and 19’s bowling coach as well as 5 BBL campaigns with the Sydney Sixers as Assistant coach and bowling coach.

As Head coach, Mitchell continues to develop and refine coaching programs to ensure players experience ongoing improvement all within a safe, supportive and enjoyable playing environment.
